Sharper Mind Centers' related services are provided by Rachel Starck, LPC, CADC III in her office, The North Portland Growth Place (a counseling center). This is a large home on the corner of Lombard and Oatman that has been converted to a very comfortable business setting.

If you are coming in for an appointment, enter the waiting area. Rachel will be with you shortly. If you need to contact her directly, call her at 503-929-2773. Please leave a message if voicemail should pick up.

Directions:

From the east: Exit from I-5 on Lombard and head west 1.1 miles. You will go just past Arby's and Sterling bank which are on the north side of Lombard . The house is on the southwest corner of Lombard and Oatman. However, the entry to the parking lot for the building is on the south side of Lombard , just past the large tree on the corner of Lombard and Oatman (ignore the sign that says "Parking for residents only". Enter through the front door facing Oatman (see photo below right).

From the west: If you are coming from the west on Lombard, watch for these streets in order: Seward, Wabash , Vincent, Oatman. Turn right into the parking lot just before reaching Oatman.
